Career Start Website
Role: Learning Designer, Project Manager, Curriculum Development
Redesign a WordPress site into a Career learning hub for Career Exploration and Education. I brought together resources from multiple career educators, created videos and developed a site for self-directed career learning. Conducted focus groups to get feedback and worked with various stakeholders to gain input.

Video Tutorials
Role: Project Manager, Learning Designer

Modules - Career Development
Role: Project Manager, Learning & Curriculum Design
Designed and developed The Resume and Cover Letter e-modules by conducting needs assessments, creating learner-centered content, and managing timelines to ensure project milestones were met. The modules equip students with essential knowledge, skills, and practical tools for crafting resumes and cover letters. Designed for self-paced learning, students can engage with the full content or focus on specific sections tailored to their needs.

Canvas modules
Role: Learning Designer
Developed Reflection 101, a digital tool by conducting needs assessments, designing user-centered content, and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery. The tool supports educators in integrating reflection into their classrooms and guides students in developing a personal reflective practice.

Quercus - Alternative Reading Week Orientation
Role: Project Coordinator - Learning Designer
This is an asynchronous orientation I created for the Alternative Reading Week Program (ARW) using Articulate Rise. The goal of the training is to give the student an understanding of what to expect during (ARW), and cover issues of equity and asset-based community building. An Educator Toolkit - Flipbook
Role: Learning Designer
This toolkit was designed to spark reflection and growth personally and professionally for educators as they explore ideas of decolonization. It encourages educators to incorporate decolonial practices into their teaching and asks:

1) What is Decolonization?
2) Why is reflection important?
3) How does one take action in their teaching practice?
Micro-Learning
